Order, shipping & Delivery
For orders via our online store, prices apply which are listed at the time of order. The prices are final Swiss prices. We reserve the right to modify our prices without notice.Every piece of jewelry is exclusively handmade in the studio of Isabelle Mayer in Zurich, Switzerland. There is only a low quantity of each piece in stock. It is therefore possible that your order has to be produced first. That is why the delivery can take between 7 and 14 days from day of order.
All shipments are dispatched by Swiss post. Free delivery within Switzerland.For deliveries to Europe we charge CHF 20.00. To all other countries we charge CHF 35.00 per shipment. Please note that when ordering from abroad additional customs fees may be charged by the country of origin. These costs must be taken by the buyer. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance when shipping outside of Switzerland.
Withdrawal and return policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days after receiving your product. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused an in the same condition than you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To exercise the right to cancel, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you the payments received from you, exclusive the costs of delivery - the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will bear the cost of returning the goods by your own. Goods that get lost during shipment cannot be refunded. We recommend to use a tracking number when returning goods.
Once we have received your item we will refund you by your original payment method.
For returns from abroad we reserve the right to charge you for possible customs duties. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than ten days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
